Federal Decree No. 94/2013 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka for the Establishment of a Joint Committee

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State,

After perusal of the Constitution, and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments, and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the State and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, signed in Abu Dhabi on 17 January 2013, with its texts attached thereto, was ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall execute this decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
