Federal Decree No. 90/2013 Ratifying Bilateral Agreement Between the State and the Republic of Turkey on the Cooperation to Generate Electricity and Extract Earth Coal Brown Coal in the Area of Turkish Afshin-Al Bustan
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State,
After perusal of the Constitution, and
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments, and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have decreed as follows:
Article 1
The Bilateral Agreement between the State and the Republic of Turkey on the Cooperation to Generate Electricity and Extract Earth Coal Brown Coal in the Area of Turkish Afshin-Al Bustan signed in Istanbul on 16 November 2012, with its texts attached thereto, was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall execute this decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
