Federal Decree No. 89/2013 Ratifying the Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of Montenegro

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State,

After perusal of the Constitution, and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments, and

Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of Montenegro on Air Services, signed in Bodgorica on 6 October 2011, with its texts attached thereto, was ratified.

Article 2

The Chairman of the General Civil Aviation Authority shall execute this decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
