Federal Decree No. 86/2014 On the Ratification of the Framework Agreement between the US and the GCC for Economic, Commercial, Investment and Technical Cooperation
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates
After perusal of the Constitution,
The Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Economy, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The Framework Agreement on the Economic, Commercial, Investment and Technical Cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries and the United States of America, signed in New York on 25 September 2012, of which the texts are enclosed hereto, was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
