In accordance with the present Agreement and the domestic legislation of either country the Parties will support each other in developing cooperation between their health and medical institutes, centers and other facilities based on bilateral agreements.

The parties will organize study visits of delegations of experts on the themes judged as priorities and proposed by the by the sending party aiming at a better mutual knowledge of the health care delivery systems in the two countries and better cooperation of health care and research staff.
