Federal Decree No. 73/2014 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the State Government and the Government of Hungary Regarding the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Income
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates,
After perusal of the Constitution,
The Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The Convention between the Government of the State and the Government of Hungary for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, and its annexed protocol, signed in Dubai on April 30, 2013, of which the text is enclosed, was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
