Federal Decree No. 63/2015 On the Appointment of the Director-General of the Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 28/2001 on the establishment of the Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority, and its amendments; and

Based on the approval of the Cabinet,

Decreed the following:

Article 1

Mr. Abdulla Abdel Kader Ucuf Al Maeeni shall be appointed Director-General of the Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority.

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Standardisation and Metrology Authority shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
