Federal Decree No. 55/2019 Amending the Participation of The State in The Gas Exporting Countries Forum
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
After perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Decree No. 99/2012 on the Approval of the Accession of the State to the Gas Exporting Countries Forum;
And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Energy and Industry, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have decreed as follows:
Article 1
The withdrawal of the State from the Gas Exporting Countries Forum as member and re-accession to the same as controller, were approved.
Article 2
The Minister of Energy and Industry shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
