Federal Decree No. 55/2002 On Economic Relations between the Gulf Cooperation Council Member Countries
We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amending laws; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Industry, the approval of the Council of Ministers, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
We have decreed the following:
Article 1
The Economic agreement between the GCC States whose text is hereto attached was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance and Industry shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
