Federal Decree No. 54/2014 On the Ratification of an Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of El Salvador for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972, on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments, and

Based on the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of Salvador for Air Services between and beyond their Respective Territories, signed in New York on 25 September 2013, the texts of which are attached hereto, has been ratified.

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) shall implement this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
