Federal Decree No. 53/1999 On Riyadh Arab Agreement for Judicial Cooperation
We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and
Acting upon the proposal made by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have issued the following Decree:
Article 1
Riyadh Arab Agreement for Judicial Cooperation and the annexed text thereof shall be ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments must implement the present Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
