Federal Decree No. 38/2007 Regarding the Agreements on Extradition and the Judicial Assistance in the Civil and Commercial Matters, as well as on the Mutual Legal Assistance in the Criminal Matters Between the State, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Constitution,

And Federal Law No. 1/1972 AD, concerning the Competencies of the Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments,

And based on what has been presented by the Minister of Justice, the approval of the Cabinet, and the validation of the Supreme Council of the Federation,

We have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Agreements on Extradition and the Judicial Assistance in the Civil and Commercial Matters, as well as on the Mutual Legal Assistance in the Criminal Matters between the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, have been validated along with the enclosed texts.

Article 2

This Decree shall be implemented by the Minister of Justice and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
