Federal Decree No. 28/2020 On Ending the Secondment of an Employee
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
After perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Decree-Law No. 11/2008 on Human Resources in the Federal Government, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 11/2016 on the Regulation and Competencies of the National Media Council;
Federal Decree No. 40/2017 on the Secondment of an Employee to occupy the Position of Director General of the National Media Council,
And according to the approval of the Cabinet,
have decreed as follows:
Article 1
The secondment of Mr. Mansour Ibrahim Al Mansouri, seconded by Abu Dhabi General Secretariat of the Executive Council, to occupy the position of Director General of the National Media Council.
Article 2
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Media Council shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
