Federal Decree No. 23/2019 On the Ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement (MLI)

We, Khalifa bin Zayeh Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Multilateral Convention to Implement (MLI), signed on June 27, 2018 the provisions of which are herewith attached has been ratified.

The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
