Federal Decree No. 228/2016 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the Cabinet approval and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have decreed the Following:
Article 1
The Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters signed in Stockholm on 5 November 2015, of which provisions are herewith attached, has been ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement the present Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
