Federal Decree No. 223/2016 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of Iceland on the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
After perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments; and
Based on what was presented by the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Council of Ministers thereon, and ratification of the Federal Supreme Council thereof,
Decreed the following:
Article 1
The Agreement between the government of the State and the government of Iceland concerning the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters, which was signed in London on 12 April 2016, and of which texts are here-attached, was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
