Federal Decree No. 221/2016 Ratifying the Agreement Between the UAE Government and the Government of the Republic of Finland for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

Having perused the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Agreement between the UAE Government and the Government of the Republic of Finland for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters, signed in Abu Dhabi on March 27, 2016, of which the texts are enclosed, was ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
