Federal Decree No. 20/2021 Abrogating Federal Decree No. 79/2020
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 11/2018 regulating the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 1/2019 regarding the system of the diplomatic and consular corps and its amendments; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the approval of the Cabinet,
Issued the following Decree:
Article 1
Federal Decree No. 79/2020 regarding the appointment of Her Excellency Dr. Iman Ahmed Mohamed Al-Salami Consul General of the State in Milan City at the Republic of Italy shall be abrogated.
Article 2
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation shall implement the present Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
