Federal Decree No. 20/1992 On the State’s Accession to the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Provisional Constitution;

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Transport, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The State’s accession to the Convention on the Marking of Plastic Explosives for the Purpose of Detection, issued in Montreal in March 1991, as attached hereto, is hereby ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Transport shall implement the present Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
