Federal Decree No. 192/2018 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Turkmenistan for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Protocol to amend*[1] the agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Turkmenistan for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and Capital signed on June 9, 1998, which was signed on March 15, 2018 of which the text is enclosed, was ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
