Federal Decree No. 177/2016 On the Termination of Service of an Employee
We Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Decree-Law No. 2/2004 on the establishment of Emirates Identity Authority and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 11/2008 on human resources in the Federal Government and its amendments; and
Based on the approval of the Cabinet,
Have issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The service of Dr. Said Khalfan Al Zahiri shall be terminated as per the provisions of Article (101 - 6) of Decree-Law No. 11/2008 on human resources in the Federal Government and its amendments.
Article 2
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates Identity Authority shall implement the present Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
