Federal Decree No. 15/2011 On the Ratification of the Agreement on International Railways in the Arab Mashreq
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of the ministries and the competences of the ministers and the amendments thereof; and
Acting upon the proposal made by the Chairman of the National Transport authority, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The agreement on international railways in the Arab Mashreq was ratified, which was approved by the transport committee part of ESCWA- United Nation, on the 14th of April 2003, with the texts attached.
Article 2
The Chairman of the National Transport authority shall implement the Decree herein and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
