Federal Decree No. 157/2013 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the Air Services Between Their Territories and Overseas

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE,

After Perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 4/1996 on the General Civil Aviation Authority, and its amendment; and

-Based on the approval of the Cabinet and ratification of the Federal Supreme Council thereof,

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of The Republic of Armenia For Air Services between and beyond their Respective Territories, signed in Dubai city on the 20th of November 2012 and whose provisions are here enclosed was ratified.

Article 2

The Chairman of the General Civil Aviation Authority shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
