Federal Decree No. 152/2013 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of Belarus on the Exchange of Land for the Headquarters of the Diplomatic Missions
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE,
After Perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet thereon and ratification of the Federal Supreme Council thereof,
Have decreed the following:
Article 1
The Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Belarus on Mutual Allotment of Lands for the Premises Construction of Diplomatic Missions, signed in Minsk City on the 25th of April 2013 and whose provisions are here enclosed was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
