Federal Decree No. 14/2014 On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government and the Government of the Republic of Djibouti for Air Services between and Beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments, and

Based on the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Agreement between The Government and The Government of the Republic of Djibouti For Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories, signed in Abu Dhabi on 31 July 2013, the texts of which are attached hereto, has been ratified.

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Civil Aviation Authority shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
