Federal Decree No. 145/2013 On the Ratification of an Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Senegal on Air Services Between and Beyond their Respective Territories

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

After Perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its' amendments,

And based on the cabinet approval and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Agreement between the State Government and the Government of the Republic of Senegal for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories, signed in the Dakar city, whose texts are attached, was ratified on January 18, 2013.

Article 2

The Chairman of the General Civil Aviation Authority shall enforce this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
