Federal Decree No. 144/2015 On the Ratification of an Agreement Between the State and the European Union Concerning Exemption from Short-Stay Visas
We Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 45/1992 on the regulation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its amendments; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have issued the following Decree:
Article 1
The Agreement Concerning Exemption from Short-Stay Visas, that was signed between the State and the European Union in Brussels city on 06/05/2015 and that is attached hereto, has been ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement the present Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
