Federal Decree No. 142/2015 On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of Kyrgyz Republic on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion With Respect to Income Taxes

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Agreement between the State and the government of Kyrgyz Republic on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income taxes, as well as the protocol attached thereto, signed in Abu Dhabi on 7 December 2014 and that is attached hereto, has been ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement the present Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
