Federal Decree No. 138/2016 For the Ratification of the Convention between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Senegal for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates

Having perused the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Convention between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Senegal for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, and its annexed protocol, signed in Dakar on October 12, 2015, of which the text is enclosed, was ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
