Federal Decree No. 138/2013 On the Ratification of the Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Serbia
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
After perusal of the Constitution,
The Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,
And based on the proposal made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Supreme Federal Council,
Have decreed as follows:
Article 1
The Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Serbia concluded on 17/02/2013 in the City of Abu Dhabi and whose text is hereto attached was ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
