Federal Decree No. 137/2013 On the Ratification of the Security Agreement Between the GCC Countries

We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,

And based on the proposal made by the Minister of Interior, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Supreme Federal Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The GCC Security Agreement concluded on 13 November 2012 in the City of Riyadh was ratified.

The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
