Federal Decree No. 12/2005 On the Ratification of the Treaty on Extradition and Treaty on the Service of Judicial and Extra-Judicial Documents, Taking of Evidence and the Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters Between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
After perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;
And according to the suggestion of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have decreed as follows:
Article 1
The Treaty on Extradition and the Treaty on the Service of Judicial and Extra-Judicial Documents, Taking of Evidence and the Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, enclosed hereto, were ratified.
