Federal Decree No. 12/1973 On the Membership of UAE to the Arab Telecommunications Union and ratification of the agreement thereto
We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Provisional Constitution of the United Arab Emirates*[1];
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Telecommunications, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the approval of the Ministerial Council as ratified by the Federal Supreme Council
Article (1)
Approval on the membership of the UAE in the Arab Telecommunications Union and ratification of the agreement thereto signed in Baghdad on 30/12/1970.
Article (2)
Ministers according to their areas of jurisdiction shall put such decree into effect and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
