Federal Decree No. 126/2014 On the Ratification of the Access of the UAE to the WTO's Agreement for IT Products (Information Technology Agreement)
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
After perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments, and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Economy and the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Decreed the following:
Article 1
The access of the UAE to the WTO's Agreement for IT Products (Information Technology Agreement), of which the text is here-attached, is ratified.
Article 2
The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
