Federal Decree No. 125/2014 On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Mutual Exemption of Visas for Holders of Diplomatic, Special and Service Passports

We, Khalifa Bin Zayed AL Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers and its amendments,

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

Have decreed as follows:

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the State and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Mutual Exemption of Visas for Holders of Diplomatic, Special and Service Passports concluded in the City of Belgrade on 14 March 2014, the provisions of which are attached herewith, has been ratified.

Article 2

The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement the present Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
