Federal Decree No. 106/1999 On the Treaty on Legal and Judicial Cooperation Between the United Arab Emirates State and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the UAE,

After Perusal of the Constitution, and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment, approval of the

Cabinet and ratification of the Federal Supreme Council thereof,

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The Agreement on Judicial and Legal Cooperation between the UAE and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the text of which attached hereto, was ratified.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment shall implement this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
