Civil Transactions Law, promulgated by the Federal Law No. 5/1985 and its amendments;

Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions, promulgated by Federal Law No. 10/1992 and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 4/2000 on UAE Securities & Commodities Authority and Market, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 1/2006 on electronic transactions and commerce;

Federal Law No. 4/2007 on the Establishment of Emirates Investment Authority, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 8/2011 on the rules for the preparation of the general budget and final accounts;
