We, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution; and

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the jurisdictions of the ministries and the competences of the ministers and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 8/1980 on the regulation of work relations and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 10/1980 on the Central Bank, monetary system and the regulation of the banking profession and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 1/1981 on the establishment of Real Estate Bank; and

Federal Law No. 1/1982 on the establishment of Emirates Industrial Bank; and

Federal Law No. 8/1984 on commercial companies and the amending laws thereof; and

Federal Law No. 18/1993 on the issuance of Commercial Transactions Law; and

Federal Law No. 7/1999 on the issuance of Pensions and Social Security Law and the amending laws thereof; and
