Federal Law No. 7/1993 dated 04/02/1993

We Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates State,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers;

Federal Law No. 7/1993 on the Establishment of the Federal Environment Agency and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 24/1999 on the protection and development of the environment;

Federal Decree Law No. 11/2008 on Human Resources in the Federal Government; and

Based on proposal of the Minister of Environment of Water and the approval of the Cabinet,

Have issued the following Decree-Law:
