Federal Law No. 4/1996 on the Establishment of the General Civil Aviation Authority;
Federal Decree-Law No. 4/2004 on the establishment and organisation of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs;
Ministerial Decision No. 2/2004 on the organisational structure of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and its amending Decisions;
Ministerial Decision No. 16/2007 on the establishment of the National Centre of Meteorology & Seismology;
