Federal Law No. 18/1993 promulgating the Commercial Transactions Law;

Federal Law No. 7/2002 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 1/2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 19/2016 on Anti-Commercial Fraud Law;

Federal Decree No. 233/2016 on the State’s accession to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons who are blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled;
