We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State of the United Arab Emirates,

After perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 10/1973 on the Federal Supreme Court, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 11/1992 promulgating the Civil Procedure Law, and its amendments,

Federal Law No. 35/1992 promulgating the Penal Procedure Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 7/1999 promulgating the Law on Pensions and Social Security, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 24/2021 on the accountability of the Ministers and senior employees of the Federation;

Federal Decree-Law No. 32/2022 on the Judiciary; and

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice, and the approval of the Council of Ministers thereon,

Have issued the following Decree-Law:
