Federal Law No. 35/1992 promulgating the Penal Procedure Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 2/2001 on the social security;

Federal Law No. 28/2005 concerning personal status, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 9/2006 concerning the Population Register and the Identity Card, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 1/2012 on the foster care of children of unknown parentage;

Federal Law No. 14/2014 on the control of communicable diseases;

Federal Law No. 3/2016 on Child Rights Law “Wadeema”;

Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2021 on the establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security;
