We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 3/1983 on the Federal Judiciary, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 5/1985 Promulgating the UAE Civil Transactions Law, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 10/1992 Promulgating the Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions, and its amendments;

The Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Federal Law No. 11/1992, and its amendments;

The Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Federal Law No. 35/1992, and its amendments;

Federal Decree Law No. 11/2008 on Human Resources in the Federal Government, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 6/2012 on the Regulation of the Translation Profession;

Federal Law No. 4/2013 on the Regulation of the Notarial Profession, and its amendments;

Federal Law No. 14/2016 on Violations and Administrative Penalties in the Federal Government;

Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on Public Finance;
