We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution,
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of the Ministries and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 17/1972 concerning Nationality and Passports, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 5/1985 promulgating the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 35/1992 Promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 1/1992 Promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 28/2005 concerning Personal Status, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 11/2008 regulating the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and its amendments;
Federal Decree-Law No. 18/2009 on regulating the registration of the births and deaths;
Federal Law No. 1/2012 concerning the care of children of unknown parentage;
Federal Law No. 3/2016 concerning the Rights of Children (“Wadeema's Law”), and its amendments;
