Federal Decree-Law No. 15/2018 on the collection of revenues and public funds, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on Public Finance, and its amendments;

Federal Decree-Law No. 27/2021 on the establishment and regulation of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council;

Cabinet Decision No. 1/7w/2021 on the approval of initiatives and programmes of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Program “NAFIS”, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 95/2022 on the violations and administrative penalties related to the initiatives and programmes of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, and its amendments;

Cabinet Decision No. 52m/7w/2024 on the exemption from contributions due to NAFIS Fund, on the approval of the initiatives and programs of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Program (NAFIS); and
