CHANCELLOR'S DECREE NO. 116/2004 CONCERNING EXECUTIVE BY-LAWS OF FEDERAL LAW NO. 4/1976 CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF UAE UNIVERSITY
The Chancellor, having reviewed:
Federal Law No. 4/1976 concerning the establishment and organization of UAE University,
Chancellor's Decree No. 1/1979*[2], concerning the Executive By-laws of Federal Law No. 4/1976;
And upon the University Council's approval;
And upon presentation by the Vice Chancellor;
Decides:
Article 1
Provisions of the attached Executive By-laws of Federal Law No. 4/1976*[3], concerning the establishment and organization of UAE University, are hereby put into effect. Other texts or decrees that may contradict the attached provisions are cancelled.
Article 2
Units/Departments concerned shall put this decree into effect, as of the date of its issuance, in as far as each is concerned.
Article 3
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.
