Cabinet Decision No. 9/2023 Approving the List of Terrorist Persons and Organizations

The Cabinet,

Having reviewed the Constitution;

Federal Law No. 7/2014 Concerning the Combat of Terrorism Crimes; and

Cabinet Decision No. 47/2020 Concerning the Terrorism Lists, and the application of the Security Council Resolutions on prevention and suppression of terrorism and its finance, and the prevention, suppression and disruption of proliferation of weapons and the related resolutions;

Based on the proposition of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of the Presidential Court, and approval of the Cabinet;

Resolved that:

Article 1

The two Lists of Terrorist Persons and Organizations attached hereto shall be approved.

Article 2

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force as of 6 February 2023.
