Federal Law No. 7/1975 Concerning the Practice of the Human Medicine Profession, as amended; and

Federal Law No. 5/1984 Concerning the Practice of Some Medical Professions by Persons other than Physicians & Pharmacists, as amended; and

Cabinet Decision No. 11/1974 Concerning the Employment of Non-UAE Doctors Working for the Ministry of Health, as amended; and

Cabinet Decision No. 9/1975 Concerning the Regulations Governing Recruitment of Pharmacists, Veterinary Doctors, and Medical Technicians Not

Holding Higher Qualifications, as amended; and

Cabinet Decision No. 10/1975 Concerning the Regulations Governing the Recruitment of Medical Technicians Not Holding Higher Qualifications, as amended;

and Based on the Proposal of the Minister of Health and Prevention, as approved by the Cabinet,

Hereby Resolves as follows:
