Cabinet Decision No. 96/2021 On the Administrative Fines to be Imposed on the Violation of Cabinet Decision No. 95/2021 on the National Truck and Cargo Tracking System

The Council of Ministers,
After perusal of the Constitution;
Federal Law No. 1/1972 on the competencies of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 9/2011 on Land Transport, and its amendments;
Federal Law No. 14/2016 on the violations and administrative fines at the Federal Government;
Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2019 on the public finance;
Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2021 on the establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security;
Cabinet Decision No. 95/2021 on the national trucks and cargo tracking system in the State; and
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Council of Ministers thereon,
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Definitions
In the implementation of the provisions of the present Decision, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
